If you want to stop using Notesmartly

You can delete Content you have posted to any notebook at any time, and you can stop using the Notesmartly Service at any time. Deactivate account here : If you delete information and material from a notebook and then sync your account, it will no longer be accessible to you or others who may access the Service, but copies of your deleted Content may continue to exist on the back-up and archiving systems for up to one year .This is due to the nature of those systems’ operations. If you cancel your account, the Content in your account will not be deleted unless you purposely delete that information, and sync your account before you cancel your account. Limitation of Liability

Notesmartly, and / or its respective officers, directors, owners, officials, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, affiliates and other related entities, servants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of any information collected through the Website by any third party, or any misuse of any information collected through the Website not in violation of the Policy.
